Chris searched the web and found this gem in Montclair. We are so lucky! We saw the house on a Sunday afternoon, made a bid on that Monday, sold our Hoboken condo via a bidding war 3 days later... and now we are closing April 30th! We have plenty of room... so please come and visit!!
